I've declared this year "The Year of Organization." This evening I was making my way through my to-the-ceiling paper inbox when I came upon some documents the heating-and-air people had given me when they replaced our upstairs unit in April. It didn't take me long to figure out that the State of Georgia seemed to be offering us some cash. We'd bought an energy-efficient unit, and Georgia wants us to have $199 for doing that. Cool. Very cool. I've put together the application, and I'll send it tomorrow. The money is supposed to be on the way in about a month in the form of a Visa cash card.
